Dear Political Party Leadership,
I received an email from our tech team this morning. In addition to collecting the caucus information I mentioned in my email yesterday, our office is also compiling information on caucus locations. Here is the email I received that outlines instructions:
Attached is the template (Excel spreadsheet) that we need each party to fill out completely. For each location to show up properly on the caucus website, the sheet must follow these instructions:[NOTE: Access the form in GPUT drive]
1. The headers (column names) cannot be renamed, removed, or reordered
2. All information needs to be filled out completely and accurately
3. The file type and extension can't be changed, the file needs to be a comma separated (.csv) file.
This is very time sensitive and we would like to have this data back to us as soon as possible and no later than Friday, February 2, 2024.
If you have questions, please contact our office via email at elections@utah.gov, or by calling 801-538-1041.
